We are Eric and Arielle, a duo who greatly enjoys spending time outdoors in this beautiful state we get to call home. We live in a small off grid cabin nestled in Alaska's boreal forest.

Simple Living Alaska was created when we began documenting our experiences via YouTube in 2018. We are humbled by the folks who have continued to be a part of this never-ending journey.

Cooking, exploring and learning new skills are how we spend most of our days and although our home may be small, our adventures are grand.
